Stay exactly as you are for a little while longer. Don’t rush to grow up. Don’t wish for the next stage. The scraped knees, the loud laughter, the inside jokes, the family dinners, the holidays that feel endless these are the moments that will one day feel priceless. You won’t remember every toy you had or every show you watched, but you will remember how it felt to be surrounded by love. Spend more time being present. Run a little longer. Laugh a little louder. Hug your family tighter. Say yes to playing outside. Say yes to staying at the table a little longer. The ordinary days you barely notice now will become the memories you treasure most. One day you’ll understand that the real magic wasn’t in growing up it was in being young and together. So soak it in. Be joyful. Be curious. Make the memories. They will mean more than you can imagine.
