I have only come to realise this in the past 6 (ish) months, but stop spending your whole life, all your energy, and every living, waking hour worrying, overthinking & catastrophising. Stop planning the next step, stop planning for the worst case scenario. Try and live in the moment and enjoy your life. Life is short and is flying past, you have already spent all of your adult life doing this, so please don't spend another second on negative thoughts.
